We are seeing increased help calls due to problems with Macs using "New Outlook".
To check if it's turned on, look in the upper right of the Outlook window.
You should see "New Outlook" and a switch icon. It should say 'off'.
Until we determine the best solution, Mac users are advised to not use "New Outlook".
